 Derrick Griggs brings more than 25 years of leadership and financial experience spanning nonprofit organizations, affordable housing, community development and corporate finance. His experience ranges from leading nonprofit organizations to working with multi-billion-dollar corporations, including financial due diligence and integration associated with two separate billion-dollar acquisitions. He has also served as CEO of a New York City nonprofit, where he led the implementation of a new strategic plan. 

 Derrick's affordable housing and community development experience includes two major 4% LIHTC developments in Monmouth County: the $18 million Cindy Lane development in Ocean Township and the $32 million Winding Ridge development in Neptune. His community development experience also includes the $3 million Luna Stage Theater arts and commercial project and the $1 million Hat City Kitchen project in Essex County.     4G Capabilities Statement
